I would like to recommend the OTP Raleigh NC offices to anyone that is dealing with Workers Comp.  Tom Clare my attorney, and his Asst. Lindsay are the absolute Best! I was trying to do it by myself for about 7 months before I finally realized that my employeer was taking advantage of me. I wasnt being allowed to see quality Drs, and my pay had been incorrect the entire time. I begged my employeer to straighten it out and was told they were doing the best they could. After contacting Tom Clare and his team, things got done.  He got me the best Doctors in Raleigh, and after months of dealing with the County I worked for and all of their red tape...he finally got my pay corrected! I am an RN that was injured on the job 9/08.
